Recently, Gadar 2 star Ameesha Patel opened up about the same. In an interview with Beautyby Bie, the actress revealed that in her profession, she missed out on some films. She didn’t do SRK’s Chalte Chalte, as she wasn’t aware that she was offered to her. Her secretary didn’t inform her that he offered her the film.
Further, in this entertainment news, the actress revealed, “When the film was about to release and Shah Rukh was dubbing for it, he took me into the dubbing studio and showed me a few edits. He said, ‘Come, Let me show you a few edits of some footage of a film that you declined.’ I replied, ‘Shah Rukh, what have I declined?’ and he said, ‘This’.”

Meanwhile, the role was also offered to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. However, due to some issues that also involved Salman Khan, she was replaced by Rani Mukerji. The film received good reviews and is considered one of the best movies featuring SRK and Rani.
