Netflix is going all out for the grand finale of Stranger Things Season 5. According to Puck News, each episode will run between 90 minutes and 2 hours, essentially turning every installment into a mini-movie. The Duffer Brothers promised a cinematic feel, and they’re delivering.

The creators reportedly captured over 650 hours of footage for this final season. “This is our biggest and most ambitious season yet. It’s like eight blockbuster movies,” said Matt Duffer. Fans are already preparing for an emotional rollercoaster.

Each episode reportedly costs $50–60 million (₹4.5–5.5 crore) — numbers usually reserved for blockbuster films. With intricate visual effects, authentic 1980s sets, and the chilling Upside Down, the budget matches the scale and stakes of the storytelling.
