Was Yu Menglong sacrificed?
Recently, a former Chinese official named Yuliao claimed that the death of actor Yu Menglong was a sacrificial ritual. He claims Yu was chosen because his birth date coincides with that of Xi Jinping, June 15th. He claims that secret tantric rituals exist within China’s ruling power system, involving human sacrifices to prolong life. He even claimed that 300 children are sacrificed in the Kunlun Mountains each year, whose remains are sometimes found by locals.
Why was Yu Menglong allegedly sacrificed?
The American magazine Foreign Policy wrote about this controversy, noting that ancient folklore held that when a king’s age declined, a person born on that day would be chosen to replace him as a sacrifice. Initially, people dismissed it as a conspiracy, but when Feng Shui expert Ma Xian compared ancient texts with Yu’s case, several similarities emerged, further fueling the debate.
What are the shocking ancient rituals related to Yu Menglong’s death?
Ma Xian said that tantric rituals were performed in ancient times to enhance longevity. He cited life-enhancing rituals written in ancient texts such as Ci Yi and One Grain Valley. According to Ma, there are several strange similarities between Yu’s death and the rituals described in these texts—such as the 49-day gap, which was considered significant in ancient sacrificial traditions.
Was Yu Menglong’s death planned?
Ma explained that Yu died on September 11th, and the 4th CCP meeting was held 49 days later, on October 20th. Similarly, actor Qiao Renliang died on September 12th, 2016, and his birthday coincided with that of Xi Jinping’s father. This has led some to link both cases to mysterious sacrifices.

According to Ma Xian, ancient rituals included the concept of living mummies, in which a living person was sacrificed. Some online claims suggest that Yu’s body had injuries that appeared ritualistic. It was said that before his death, Yu was seen in a video being carried unconscious—a ritual linked to a soul journey.
Mysterious circumstance before Yu Menglong’s death
Ma also reported that unusual weather events—a blood moon, soundless lightning, and strong winds—were observed before Yu’s death, which are considered occult signs. He also noted that a military parade took place in Beijing on September 3rd, exactly seven days before his death—whereas ancient traditions require seven days of preparation before a sacrifice.
Is Xi Jinping involved in Yu Menglong’s death ?
Ma said that Xi Jinping said I will live for 150 years on that day—which he linked to the idea of a life-enhancing ritual. He further explained that performers in such rituals are specially selected because they possess a duality of energy—both feminine and masculine. Both Yu and Qiao began a vegetarian diet before their deaths, which was described as preparation before the sacrifice.
