Vishnu Manchu‘s movie Kannappa released in theatres on June 27. The film received excellent reviews and as the audience raved about the movie. The film turned out to be Vishnu Manchu’s career best as it took a massive opening at the box office. However, the movie witnessed a dip over the next days. Plus, it suffered some competition from Aamir Khan‘s movie Sitaare Zameen Par that is refusing to slow down at the box office. On its 12th day, the movie has showcased a jump in numbers.
Kannappa box office report day day 5
As reported by Sacnilk.com, Vishnu Manchu‘s movie Kannappa has made around Rs 1.75 crore at the box office on day 5. These are the early estimates. However, the movie is now witnessing a gradual decline at the box office. On day 4, the film had made around Rs 2.3 crore at the box office. The highest contribution was from the Telugu version of the movie. The total collection of the movie is said to be around Rs 27.45 crore. The film directed by Manoj Kumar Singh also has the star power of actors like Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, and Mohanlal as they are seen in special cameos.
Sitaare Zamee Par box office collection day 12
Aamir Khan‘s movie is doing wonders at the box office. The film released on June 20 and it instantly managed to impress the audience. It took a double digit start and had an excellent first weekend. It has maintained its pace over the days. In fact, on day 12 it witnessed a slight jump in numbers as it made around Rs 4 crore at the box office. On day 3, the movie had made around Rs 3.75 crore. Quite smoothly, Sitaare Zameen Par entered the Rs 100 crore. Currently, its total net collection is said to be around Rs 130.40 crore. The film clashed with Dhanush‘ Kuberaa.
