Rakul Preet Singh, made her Bollywood debut in the hit movie Yaariyan and within no time became an overnight star. She acted with superstars like Ajay Devgn, Rajkummar Rao, Siddharth, and Ayushmann Khurrana. She started her modeling career at 18 while still in college. She signed her first film and since then there has been no turning back in her life. Rakul’s father served as an army officer and she attended Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan. Rakul tried her luck and after several rejections, she made her name in the industry.
In a conversation with Ranveer Allahbadia on his podcast, Rakul said that she did lost films due to nepotism. In this entertainment news further she said ‘Yes, this happens, and I have lost films, but I am not the kind of person jo bitter hoke beth jaayega [who will sit and sulk]. Maybe those films weren’t meant for me.’
