Love Island USA season eight delivered not only romance, friendship and heartbreak but also plenty of memorable moments viewers will be thinking about long after Sunday night’s finale.
When you stick a group of sexy singles in a Fijian villa for six weeks and film almost all of their interactions, there’s undoubtedly going to be viral moments, especially from season eight Islanders Melanie, Sol, Tierra, Kenzie, Bryce and Zach.
While there are probably too many iconic moments in the villa to count, The Hollywood Reporter is highlighting some of the best and worst moments from the latest season of Peacock’s Love Island USA, below.
-
Melanie’s “Give Me 10”

The latter had confronted Melanie about pulling then-new bombshell Corbin for a chat first, rather than letting Kenzie, who was single at the time, talk to him first, as Melanie was in a couple with Sincere. The tense exchange led to Melanie walking off, repeatedly saying, “Give me 10,” around the villa as she sought a moment to decompress from everyone else.
-
Sol’s “Mama Happy”

During her brief relationship with Sincere after America placed them together following a fan vote, things appeared to be going well between them. During one of their chats in the villa’s “Say Less” area, Sol looked at Sincere and said, “Mama happy,” to express her feelings in that moment. However, the feelings of bliss didn’t last long as she was later dumped from the villa after Sincere chose to recouple with Melanie.
-
Tierra’s “I’m Titi”

Specifically, when the OG female Islanders started calling out KC when he returned to the villa with Tierra, leaving his former partner Aniya single, his new partner interjected herself into the tense conversation. At one point during the heated exchange, she directly stated to Trinity, “You can pipe down, I’m Titi!” And the internet has run with it ever since.

Kenzie’s Many Clam Slams

Fans have also dubbed them “emotional support splits” or “rage splits,” especially her split after the boys went to Casa Amor.

Brinity vs. Zryce

Image Credit: Ben Symons/Peacock While Bryce and Trinity (aka Brinity) became a fan-favorite couple throughout the season, there was another relationship that captured viewers. Though Zach has been in a couple with Kayda since week one, fans quickly became more enthralled with Zach’s unconventional “bromance” with Bryce, fueling rumors on social media. From sharing beds and dry-humping to holding hands and the infamous “girth check,” their bond became quite the topic on social media, leading to many fan edits and show clips going viral.
