According to a witness who described in court that on a fine morning, around 5:30 a.m., Diddy appeared in Clark’s house in L.A., and he was wearing a white shirt, but his pants were ripped at the crotch, and he had a gun in his hand.

The witness revealed that Diddy was “pacing back and forth.” But, at that time, Cassie and Cudi were in West Hollywood, which matched the timeline and incident Cudi mentioned earlier, and Diddy repeatedly asked Clark, “Who is Scott?” and she pretended not to know.

As Diddy threatens Clark, she said that it was Cassie’s friend and told her to get dressed and was forced to go with him as the gun was aimed at her waist. Clark somehow contacted the couple and warned them about Diddy heading to Cudi’s house, begging them not to let him come.

As the story continues, the story differs. According to Cudi, when he arrived at his house, ransacked, gifts unboxed, and dogs locked up. According to Clark, Cudi saw Diddy’s car and sped off in an attempt to escape, but Diddy chased him, eventually losing Cudi.

Capricorn Clark worked for Diddy for almost 14 years, and during that time, she had the worst experience of her life and witnessed Diddy’s brutal act against Cassie, kicking her in the legs and back and once she took a lie detector test, they said, “If you fail this test, they’re going to throw you in the East River.”
