On Bollywood Hungama’s The Actresses Roundtable 2024, Triptii Dimri revealed that she was told not to sign her 2020 critically acclaimed film Bulbbul. The actress was heavily praised for her performance in the Netflix film. During the interview, many people told her not to take it as it was one of the first eight movies to release on the streaming platform.
The Bad Newz star said, “They told me, ‘Don’t do it, don’t do it.’ But I had to do it, even if I didn’t get paid, even if the film didn’t get released. I wanted to experience her journey and story, and I’m glad I did that.”

After Bulbbul, Triptii Dimri left a great impression in another Netflix film titled Qala, which was released in 2022. Fans are now awaiting the release of her next film, titled Dhadak 2. She stars alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi. A promo was released this year and has intrigued the audience.
