Late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s prayer meet was held in Delhi on Sunday. Karisma Kapoor, his ex-wife, also attended the meet along with children Samaira and Kiaan. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were also present at the prayer gathering. Bebo was devastated by the sad demise and was visibly shaken as she spoke to other guests at the meeting. For the unversed, Sunjay Kapur, a popular business tycoon, passed away in London on June 12, after he accidentally swallowed a bee while playing polo. He suffered from cardiac arrest, and despite rescue attempts, he failed to survive. He bid goodbye to the world at the age of 53.

On Sunday, Mandhira remembers her late brother Sunajy Kapur and shared a heart-touching note. She expressed her regret at not talking to Sunjay for 4 years over a small argument. “My brother and I may not have spoken for the last 4 years, a silly sibling squabble escalated to crazy levels due to egos and natural bullishness; however, that will never take back what we were and what we had,” she wrote. Along with the note, she shared some cute childhood photos of them.
Mandhira further wrote about the ‘phenomenal times’ they have experienced together, a privileged childhood of happiness with 2 wonderful parents. She also recalled the mischievous events from their childhood. She also mentioned that Sunjay had always looked after her and her sister and called him a ‘true big brother and a friend.’
Madhira expressed her grief at not talking to her brother for 4 years over silly sibling fights. “My brother and I may not have spoken for the last 4 years, a silly sibling squabble escalated to crazy levels due to egos and natural bullishness; however, that will never take back what we were and what we had,” she wrote.
She further thanked everyone who joined the family during the sad time and wrote, “Thank you to everyone for all of your condolences, sincere wishes and kind words.”
