Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule has been running successfully in theaters. The film is directed by Sukumar and stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the main roles. Pushpa 2: The Rule released in theatres on December 5 and it has been creating and breaking records at the box office. However, during the promotion of his film Miss You, Siddharth mocked Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 and got trolled.
Siddharth takes a dig at Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 Patna event
Actor Siddharth recently shared his opinion about the massive crowd that gathered in Bihar’s Patna for the Pushpa 2 event. He dismissed it as a mere promotional strategy as per reports. According to the star, such large gatherings are common in India and do not necessarily signify quality. He also compared the Pushpa 2 Patna event with the JCB digging site which attracts crowds. Siddharth allegedly stated that organising such events draws people and said that the gathering in Bihar was not extraordinary. He also stated that if crowd size equated to quality, every political party would win elections.
Siddharth quoted by M9 News said, ‘In our country, even a JCB digging site attracts a crowd. So, people gathering to see Allu Arjun in Bihar is not something extraordinary. If they organize, crowds will be there. In India, crowds don’t mean quality; if that is true, all political parties must win; it’s for Biryani packet and Quarter bottle’.

Well, his comment did not go well with some netizens who criticised him. One user said, ‘Siddarth once said Pushpa 1 collections are fake’. Another commented saying, ‘He is actually right; people don’t care about the quality; they just go where there is a crowd’. ‘I think this statement is also a promotional strategy for his movie releasing this week’, said another user. One user wrote, ‘Nobody knows Sidharth in North… jealousy speaking’. ‘What RUBBISH is he talking about? I think, around 2 lakhs people gathered for the #Pushpa2 event in Patna. They all wanted to see the star #AlluArjun ⭐ I think nobody recognises him in public nowadays. That’s why he is fuming’, read another comment.
