Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are well past the secretive stage of their relationship. After first being linked in early 2023 and confirming their romance with a PDA-filled appearance at Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour in Los Angeles that September, the couple has since grown more comfortable showing affection in public. From red carpet appearances to courtside outings, the beauty mogul and Dune star have made it clear they’re enjoying their relationship on their own terms.
While Kylie and Timothée still prefer to keep the details of their romance private, they’ve been spotted together frequently throughout 2025, including a recent Yankees game in New York, where Timothée debuted a shaved head and Kylie turned heads in a vintage-inspired jacket. Their chemistry and coordinated looks have continued to spark attention, proving that Hollywood’s most unexpected pairing has staying power.
Kylie has in the past dropped hints on her approach to relationships. “I know he doesn’t like the attention,” she once told GQ of ex Travis Scott and the press generated by the Kardashian clan. “That’s why we keep our relationship super private, or like, if he has events or something, I won’t come. Because I want him to do his thing.”
Tellingly, she also expressed a concern that the men she’s dated simply can’t handle the intense public scrutiny. “They come and can’t handle it,” she said. “I know these stories aren’t going to matter, so don’t even let them affect you, you know?…It’s not just men—it’s friends, it’s people who come and just don’t know how to handle it. It’s the negative. There’s a lot of people who love us, but there’s also a huge handful of people who don’t like us.”

Kylie and Timothée are first seen for the first time chatting at the Jean Paul Gaultier show during Paris Fashion Week. A video of the encounter would later emerge.
April 2023
DeuxMoi was the first to accuse the mom of two and Beautiful Boy actor of dating, blasting out a “new couple alert” on the rumored duo on April 6. Just a day later, a resurfaced video showed them adorably chatting and laughing together at Paris Fashion Week, Kylie rocking a devastating bustier and skirt.
Within days, on April 13, TMZ shared the first glaring evidence of a potential relationship — photos of Kylie’s black luxury Range Rover parked furtively at Timothée’s Beverly Hills estate. Daily Mail subsequently reported that they’d met up at L.A’s Tito’s Taco Stand for a secret taco date.
Later that month, a source told Us Weekly that Kylie saw potential to break away from the father of her two children in the debonair actor. “Kylie thinks Timothée is really sweet and she does see potential,” the insider reportedly said. “Kylie knows she and Travis will always be in each other’s lives, and they have an amazing co-parenting relationship. Part of her dating Timothée is in hopes of moving on from Travis, but that hasn’t happened yet. There’s always a possibility of reconciling with Travis at some point.”
May 2023
After laying extremely low for the better part of a month, Kylie’s vehicle was again spotted at Timothée’s massive residence on May 25. Meanwhile, a source told Entertainment Tonight that her ex wasn’t thrilled. “Travis is not thrilled about Kylie moving on,” the insider said, noting that they are “still cordial and focused on co-parenting and being the best parents they can be” to their adorable kids Stormi and Aire.
June 2023
On June 1, suspicions seemed to heighten when Page Six published the first pics of Kylie and Timothée together. All were allegedly taken in the previous month of May, and one featured the duo at a laid-back barbecue also attended by her sister Kendall Jenner.
A report by Us Weekly also emerged in June that they had begun spending a lot of time together. “Kylie and Timothée have been spending much more time together and they’re growing much closer as the days go by,” an insider said for the June 2 report. “Some of Kylie’s family members have met Timothée including Kris and Kendall. They really like him and think he’s different from anybody Kylie has dated in the past,” the source continued. “He has a great sense of humor, and he makes her smile which is the most important thing to them. They love seeing how happy she is and absolutely approve of them dating.”
August 2023
Aside from Travis’ diss against Timothée in a recently dropped single, the couple remained almost unheard from throughout the month of July. But early in August, a report emerged — and was immediately pushed back on –that the couple had broken up.
An August 2 Life & Style report asserted that Kylie and Timothée had already split. “She’s telling people that things between them naturally fizzled out because they’re both busy and traveling,” a source reportedly said. “But friends are whispering that Kylie got dumped.” The same day, a source for TMZ claimed they were together and slammed the previous report as “false.”
On August 26, Kylie was again seen leaving Timothée’s place, with the actor also leaving in a separate vehicle. They both wore face masks to keep the outing ultra private. No word on where they went…but fans are much more interested in exactly where they’re going.
September 2023
The power couple finally went public with their relationship by showing some PDA at Beyoncé‘s concert on September 4 in Los Angeles. They no longer seem to be hiding anything — Kylie and Timothée were spotted in the VIP section in SoFi stadium with their arms wrapped around each other and kissing in front of the huge crowd. In the first video to surface on social media, the twosome was getting cozy and chatting away while Timothée smoked a cigarette. Footage was also obtained by TMZ, where the duo locked lips all night as they enjoyed the show together.
Days later, Kylie and Timothée attended a New York City Fashion Week event together. The pair were seen sitting together at an intimate dinner for Haider Ackermann and Augustinus Bader in an Instagram video shared by jewelry designer Gaia Repossi on September 9.
One day later, Kylie and Timmy packed on the PDA during their adorable date at the U.S Open. While watching the match, Timothée’s leading lady simply couldn’t keep her hands off him and vice versa! The pair were spotted kissing, cuddling, and laughing during their outing.
The makeup maven made headlines after her phone wallpaper was revealed to be a never-before-seen photo of Timmy! While out at a fashion show in Milan on September 21, Elle Mexico spotted Kylie’s sweet wallpaper as she posed in the front row at Prada. In the snapshot, Kylie and Timmy cozied up to each other as he gave her a passionate kiss on the cheek. So cute!
October 2023
Kylie appeared to drop a small and subtle shoutout to Timothée in her WSJ Magazine cover story interview on October 25. The Khy creator opened up about being a fan of science fiction, and she named one of her beau’s movies as a favorite: Dune. When the film came up, she said, “I do love that movie,” via Just Jared.
November 2023
Kylie was spotted supporting her beau at a number of public events throughout November. According to multiple outlets, she was seen at a Saturday Night Live afterparty the night when Timothée hosted the show. Later that month, Kylie attended the London premiere of Timothée’s film Wonka.
January 2024
The pair broke the entire internet during the Golden Globe Awards when they were seen kissing and getting close at the show. A video of Kylie and Timothée quickly went viral, as they were spotted deep in conversation at their table in between commercial breaks.
March 2024
During her interview with The New York Times, Kylie avoided answering questions about Timmy. In response to a question about whether their relationship has impacted her style, Kylie said, “I don’t know how I feel about that. I just don’t want to talk about personal things.”
January 2025
Although the love birds didn’t walk down the red carpet together at the Golden Globes, the duo got cozy while sitting side-by-side during the awards ceremony. Kylie came out in a show-stopping silver dress, while showing support for Timothee’s nomination for Actor in a Drama Motion Picture for this latest film A Complete Unknown. The couple was spotted enjoying a quick peck and lovingly laughing together at their table.
