Kunickaa Sadanand personal life
Kunickaa Sadanand has been married twice. Her first marriage was to Abhay Kothari from Delhi. She has a son from this marriage. Her second marriage was with Vinay Lall, whom she married at the age of 35, and together they have a son. She was romantically involved with Sunil Sikand during the 80s and later with singer Kumar Sanu in the late 90s.
Kunickaa’s acting debut
Kunickaa made her acting debut in the movie Kabristaan in 1988. She later starred in well-known Bollywood movies, including Nanu Ki Jaanu, Beta, Khiladi, Gumrah, Page 3, and Hum Saath Saath Hain. Known for bold, impactful portrayals, she often played strong or negative characters, earning recognition for her versatility.
Kunickaa’s Pakistani project
A video of Kunickaa from the 2018 Pakistani movie Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 went viral after resurfacing. She portrayed Kubra Khan’s character’s mother, and her on-screen spouse was played by the famous Indian actor Kanwaljit Singh. When her work on a Pakistani project was revealed, fans were taken aback. The movie was originally scheduled to be filmed in India, but after the 2016 Uri incident, it was transferred overseas. Despite obstacles, it went on to become one of the year’s highest-grossing movies in Pakistan.
