Olympic Games gymnast and gold medalist Jordan Chiles has signed with CAA.
The elite athlete, author, content creator, philanthropist and TV personality will be represented in all areas. Chiles was one of three black gymnasts to sweep the podium at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in 2022, and she earned two NCAA individual titles with UCLA.
The two-time Olympian helped win a silver medal for Team USA at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. And Chiles went on to win a gold medal as part of Team USA at the 2024 Summer Games in Paris.
From a sport where athletes routinely secure sponsorship and do endorsements, Chiles partnered with Nike as a featured athlete for its 2025 Super Bowl commercial, “So Win,” alongside athletes Juju Watkins, Caitlin Clark and Sha’Carri Richardson.
She is also an ambassador for brands that include Nike, Beats by Dre, Hero Cosmetics, Alaska Airlines, Chase Bank and Netflix. And Chiles released her debut memoir, I‘m That Girl: Living the Power of My Dreams.
She also launched the SHERO Athlete Collective in August 2025, a mentorship platform designed to empower young female athletes across all sports. Chiles is currently working the dance floor on Season 34 of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, doing a Rumba and a Viennese Waltz so far with partner Ezra Sosa.
And Chiles was named one of Time magazine’s Women of the Year in 2025. She is managed by Amy Neben and Alexia Maitland at Select Management Group, and is represented by attorney Ashley Silver at BFBST.
