Hema Malini sold two properties in Oberoi Springs, a prominent Oshiwara residential complex, with carpet area of 847 sq. ft. and 1,017 sq. ft. built-up area.
BJP leader and veteran actress Hema Malini has recently sold two of her flats located in Andheri West, Oshiwara area of Mumbai. She got a total of Rs 12.50 crore from the sale of these flats. This information was shared by property portal Square Yards based on data obtained from the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The registration was done in August 2025. Both the flats were present in the popular Oberoi Springs Residential Complex in Oshiwara.
What is the sold flat price and size?
According to the documents, the carpet area of each flat was about 847 square feet and the built-up area was about 1,017 square feet. Both the flats were sold for Rs 6.25-6.25 crore. Along with this, one car parking space for each flat was also included in the deal. At the time of sale, stamp duty of Rs 31.25 lakh and registration charge of Rs 30,000 were also paid on each flat.

Andheri West and Oshiwara areas of Mumbai known for a high-rise buildings, shopping hubs, entertainment zones and great social life here. This area is connected to the Western Express Highway, SV Road, local trains and the Versova-Ghatkopar metro line.
