However, in the past few years, a lot of negative stories have been coming out about the show. Ever since Disha Vakani aka Dayaben left the show, we saw negative things being said. In 2023, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal accused the makers of sexual harassment. She said that they disrespected the actors and treated them badly.
Post that, Monika Bhadoriya, Priya Ahuja Rajda, Malav Rajda also supported her. Neha Mehta aka Anjali Mehta also left the show and complained about the makers. Even Shailesh Lodha left and accused the makers of not giving his salary. We also saw recently, Palak Sindhwani aka Sonu left the show and said how the makers tried to trouble her a lot and defame her because she wanted to quit.
Big fight between Dilip Joshi and Asit Kumarr Modi?
A lot of controversies have been doing rounds on the internet. Now, another big story from the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has come out. As per reports in News 18, there has been a big fight between producer Asit Kumarr Modi and Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal. This happened in early August and it was when Dilip Joshi wanted a few days off but the producer was avoiding the conversation.
It happened so that it was the last day of Kush Shah’s shoot and Dilip Joshi was waiting for Asit Modi to come and talk to him about his leaves. But the producer directly went to Kush and this left Dilip Joshi disappointed. The source close to the Entertainment News portal said that this led to a heated argument between Dilip Joshi and producer.
Dilip Joshi even held Asit Modi’s collar and threatened to leave the show. Later, Asit Kumarr Modi calmed Dilip Joshi down. The sources also reveal that they often get into heated arguments on the sets. It is also being said that during the Hong Kong trip shoot of the show, a massive fight happened between the two and Gurucharan Singh Sodhi helped them resolve differences.
