Couldn’t pick up a cute Bearista cold cup at your local Starbucks? Most people didn’t either because they couldn’t. The popular coffee chain advertised the bear-shaped tumbler for a November 6 sale date, but customers complained that they didn’t even have the chance to buy one. So, will the Bearista be available to buy again, or was that it?

Below, find out if there’s a way to get the Bearista cup this holiday season.

How Much Does the Bearista Cold Cup Cost?

According to Starbucks’ site, the 20-ounce Bearista cold cup was priced at $29.95.

When Can I Buy the Starbucks Bearista Cup?

Customers had the chance to buy the Bearista on November 6, but they quickly sold out, the company acknowledged in a statement.

“The excitement for our merchandise exceeded even our biggest expectations, and despite shipping more Bearista cups to coffeehouses than almost any other merchandise item this holiday season, the Bearista cup and some other items sold out fast,” Starbucks told People. “We understand many customers were excited about the Bearista cup and apologize for the disappointment this may have caused.”

Will the Bearista Cold Cup Be Available to Buy Again?

Starbucks has not updated customers on when — or if – the Bearista will be available to purchase again. The company’s statement was only an apology, not an update on the product’s availability.

Customers made sure to give the company a piece of their minds. Under Starbucks’ November 6 Instagram video, featuring both the Bearista and Hello Kitty merchandise, multiple users commented their frustration about the quick sell-out.

“I don’t usually comment on things like this, but I find it quite disappointing that a big company like Starbucks would release a new collection that clearly generates hype and inevitably, frustration,” one person commented. “I’m sorry, but this time the disappointment has real consequences. There are plenty of alternatives out there, and many of us feel let down. I know my opinion won’t change much, but this campaign has done nothing but fuel resale at absurd prices, feeding a market that shouldn’t even exist. It’s really disappointing, but I felt it was important to say it. A feedback is still a feedback.”

A separate person went so far as to jokingly comment, “I think I have a better chance at winning the lottery, then I do obtaining this cute bear cup [sic].”
