    It’s been a long wait, but BTS’ Suga has finally reappeared on Instagram, sending fans into a frenzy. The rapper, known by his stage name Agust D, surprised the ARMY with his first post in over two years, keeping his word that he would be back in 2 years, leaving everyone anticipating whether new music is on the way.

    Suga makes Instagram comeback
    On September 22, Suga posted a series of photos on his handle @augstd. The thread opened with an image showing nothing more than a shadow of Suga against a concrete wall.

    However, what followed grabbed even more attention, featuring shots of him with a guitar inside an empty warehouse. Some of the photos were in black-and-white, capturing him in the centre with a guitar, with a new haircut and full black outfit, passing off an edgy yet artistic vibe. What made the post even more fascinating was the lack of a caption and the comments section being disabled as usual, making fans think about a hidden message behind the post, perhaps a subtle hint at new music.

    Return after 2 years
    This marks Suga’s first social media appearance since his collaboration post with the NBA back in August 2023. Shortly after that, the BTS member enlisted for mandatory military service, staying away from social media throughout his tenure. Even after completing his service earlier this year, Suga opted to remain under the radar, only appearing alongside his fellow members during the much-celebrated OT7 live on July 1.

    Naturally, fans couldn’t contain their emotions. Social media platforms exploded with reactions. A user posted “#SUGA FIRST POST IN ALMOST 2 YEARS”

    One fan even noticed that Suga posted his last post on Weverse exactly a year ago, “2 years ago today, Yoongi’s last Weverse post before enlistment… and now, after exactly 2 years, Yoongi finally came home. YOONGI CAME HOME WE LOVE YOU YOONGI OUR LOTUS FLOWER MIN YOONGI “

    Another fan posted, “Yoongi is such a hopeless romantic. He’s the type of boyfriend who will remember every moment, every little thing he cherishes because wdym his first post on his IG was on this date exactly 2 years ago when he started his military service, on his enlistment anniversary”

    While some people can’t get over his new haircut, “don’t even get me started on yoongi’s undercut hairstyle.”
