Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao has been breaking records at the box office. The film has been impressing all with its storyline and plot. Well, the fight for Stree 2 credit has only intensified and fans are curious to know more. Actor Aparshakti Khurana who plays an important role in the film has taken a dig at the PR game which has raised eyebrows ever since the horror comedy released on August 15. The film has now become a blockbuster.
The Indian Express has previously reported that there is an ongoing debate about perception credits between Stree 2 lead stars Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor. Fans want to know who should be given bigger credit for winning the hearts of the audiences. In an interview with Zoom, Aparshakti Khurana was asked about this credit war. A journalist claimed that Shraddha has gained more popularity after Stree 2 and also added that she did not get much screen time. Aparshakti nodded and said that it was a PR game. He also added that if the channel goes and asks the audience, the original audience on the street, are they saying this? He said that he does not want to comment on it. He said how he loves every actor in his film. He is also attached to them. He said that in such a happy space, where the film has gotten so much love and success, this can come across as slightly unpleasant.

Aparshakti even added that it should not have happened now, when everyone is in a happy space, celebrating the film. He said that they are all equally close to her and respect their journeys. He also said that there exists talent of all kinds, which helps one in their journey. He said that he would not call PR his strongest part.
Stree 2 is directed by Amar Kaushik and the film has managed to collect more than Rs 500 crore at the worldwide box office.
