The court’s decision came after a controversial YouTube channel continued to invade her privacy despite several warnings. In July, GaroSero released a video relating to Tzuyang’s past. In which they played an audio clip of other YouTubers’ plan to blackmail her using private information.

The clip was played without Tzuyang’s permission, which had private information about her personal life. Responding to the video, she went live on Instagram and revealed her former boyfriend, who abused and exploited her. However, even after this, GaroSero didn’t stop leaking her personal information.

Amid the Kim Soo Hyun case, YouTuber Tzuyang reappeared in court, and this time the court took strict action. The court statement reads, “The defendants have continued to upload videos for the purpose of amplifying or reproducing related suspicions or rumours even after the first-instance ruling,”
