Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Shweta Tripathi have wrapped up the Banaras leg of Mirzapur: The Film and are now gearing up to kick off the Mumbai schedule this November.
The anticipation for Mirzapur: The Movie has just turned into a thrilling ride! The dynamic trio of Pankaj Tripathi (Kalin Bhaiya), Ali Fazal (Guddu Pandit), and Shweta Tripathi (Golu Gupta) have wrapped up the Banaras shoot of the film. The expected and the hoped-for reactions among the fans were evident during the almost two-week shoot in the nooks and corners of Banaras. A few instances of the shoot got huge exposure on social media. The group will then move on to the next schedule starting in Mumbai at the very beginning of November, right after Diwali.

Mirzapur The Film: Story and cast
Mirzapur: The Film, produced under Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment banner, is a cinematic adaptation of the hit web series. The film stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, Rasika Duggal, Shweta Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee, who originally starred in the film. Jitendra Kumar of Panchayat fame will replace Vikrant Massey, while Ravi Kishan, Mohit Malik, and Sonal Chauhan will also appear in pivotal roles. The film will be released theatrically in 2026 and later released on OTT platforms.
