The film is soaring at the box office, easily surpassing Bollywood’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari by a wide margin. The film was released pan-India in five languages, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam. In just two days, the film has received an overwhelming response from audiences. Kantara Chapter 1 box office day 2 collection crosses Rs 100 margin
According to a report by Sacnilk, the film earned a total of Rs 61.85 crore net in India on its first day. This includes Rs 19.6 crore from Kannada, Rs 13 crore from Telugu, Rs 18.5 crore from Hindi, Rs 5.5 crore from Tamil, and Rs 5.25 crore from Malayalam. The film has been a hit not only in India but also worldwide. The global gross collection on opening day was approximately ₹89 crore. The film’s earnings did not decrease on the second day either. According to initial reports, the second day saw collections of approximately Rs 43.65 crore. This means the film’s net earnings in India reached Rs 105.5 crore in just two days. Trade experts believe that collections will increase further over the weekend. New shows are being added in several states, which clearly indicates the film’s continued popularity.
