Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule was the most awaited movie. Since a long time, the release date of the film was getting postponed and people just wanted it to release as soon as possible. The excitement for this movie was way too much than we expected. The film released today and everyone has been loving it. It is a massy movie and is called as the perfect entertainer of the year. The movie has had many classy and larger than life moments which makes it the favourite. Yesterday night, a screening was held in Hyderabad at the Sandhya Theatre at RTC Crossroads in Hyderabad.
Many fans came there to watch the movie and even Allu Arjun was there for the screening. But it turned out to be a nightmare. A stampede occurred around 10:30 pm at the theatre in Hyderabad. People ran to meet the actor and there was a lot of rush. A woman named Revathi had come there with her kids and husband and she was badly injured in the stampede.
Bad news for Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun
She died due to injuries and was moved to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem examination. Her son is in a critical condition and is undergoing treatment. Now, this had led to a big problem for Allu Arjun now. He will be be held responsible for the incident.
A case has been filed against him. Yes, the police shared that they have registered a case against Hero Allu Arjun Central Zone DCP Akansh Yadav. A case has been registered in Chikkadapally police station against Pushpa 2 movie unit, Hero Allu Arjun, owner of Sandhya theater, Allu Arjun’s security wing. 105, 118(1)r/w3(5) Registration of case under BNS Act!
Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand also confirmed that even the management of Sandhya Theatre, where the stampede occurred, will also face charges for failing to make adequate security arrangements to handle the crowd.
Earlier, the makers of Pushpa 2, Mythri Movie Makers shared a statement about this incident. The note read, “We are extremely heartbroken by the tragic incident during last night’s screening. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and the young child undergoing medical treatment. We are committed to standing by them and extending all possible support during this difficult time. With deep sorrow, Mythri Movie Makers.”
