Bollywood actress Konkona Sen Sharma is one of the most successful stars in the industry. The diva entered the world of acting as a child artist in the Bengali film Indira in 1983. In 2001, the actress worked in an English film named Mr. and Mrs. Iyer and managed to woo audiences with her exceptional performance. She also received the National Award for Best Actress for this movie.
Konkona was later seen in Omkara film which was released in 2007. Her role as Indu left audiences praising and lauding her acting skills. She won the National Award for Best Supporting Actress for this role.
On the personal front, Konkona started dating Ranvir Shorey in 2007. Later, in 2010 Konkona grabbed a lot of eyeballs as she became pregnant. Konkona and Ranvir got married in September 2010. In March 2011, Konkona welcomed a baby son and the two named them Haroon. Unfortunately, their wedding did not last long. Konkona and Ranvir parted ways in 2020 after being together for 10 years. The two started living separately even before getting divorced.
On the work front, Konkona will be seen in The Rapist and Life in a Metro. She was last seen in Arjun Kapoor’s film Kutey.
