Kannada superstar Yash is currently one of the top actors in the Indian film industry. After the KGF franchise, he has gained huge fame across the country. Now, he has been gearing up for the release of his upcoming Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. Amid his back-to-back action movies, he has maintained a great physique.
Yash’s breakfast
According to healthyogi.com, Yash is addicted to a strict diet plan. He has breakfast with heavy carbs. His diet includes a big bowl of nutmeg with nuts, five slices of brown bread, and eight egg whites and vegetables. The star also has watermelon and papaya.
Yash’s lunch diet
Before lunch, around 11 am, Yash consumes protein shakes and diets. As per reports, he adds fish to his daily diet for his protein intake.
Yash’s dinner
In the evening, Yash eats four slices of brown bread and four bananas before he heads to the gym. For dinner, he keeps his food light yet full of protein.
Yash’s workout plan
As per reports, he starts his day at 6 am. Zoom TV reported that he starts an hour with cardio and then goes for weight training. He does different kinds of exercise and does an abs workout for an hour. His exercise routine includes 30 minutes of power training, push-ups, pull-ups, rigorous training and an empty stomach. He then does another round of cardio sessions.
How many times does Yash work out
The superstar works out twice a day. His evening workout involves weight training.
