Singer Armaan Malik recently made headlines after publicly supporting his brother, Amaal Mallik, who is currently a contestant on Bigg Boss 19. Taking to social media, Armaan expressed frustration over how the reality show is allegedly portraying his brother in a negative light, a post that quickly went viral before being deleted. In his now-deleted tweet on X, Armaan accused the makers of manipulating footage to misrepresent Amaal. He wrote, “The way they edit promos to make Amaal look like he’s wrong, and then hide how others are provoking and misbehaving, is actually insane. This show and its toxicity are exhausting. Never liked it, never will. Just praying my brother stays healthy and sane through all this.”
Armaan’s comments came after a recent episode in which Amaal got into a heated argument with fellow contestants. Following the episode, fans were split over who was at fault. Armaan’s post restarted debates about how Bigg Boss edits its episodes, with many viewers agreeing that selective editing often changes the full context of what happens inside the house and changed the whole narrative of show or the day.
Though the original post has been deleted now, screenshots continue to circulate widely online. So far, neither Amaal Mallik nor the Bigg Boss 19 team has responded to Armaan’s claims.
