Peaches are now always in season at Westfield Century City thanks to David Chang and Momofuku.

The acclaimed chef’s new restaurant experience, Super Peach by Momofuku, is open for business at the bustling mall and entertainment complex, located on level one near the Santa Monica Boulevard valet entrance. Per the team, Super Peach is ripe to celebrate “American dining through the Momofuku lens with a collaborative, playful menu from David Chang and the Momofuku Culinary team that reflects the vibrant food cultures of Los Angeles, and beyond.”

The space — designed by INC Architecture and Design, a firm that worked on Momofuku’s Noodle Bar — hosts 196 seats and reflects green hues from floor-to-ceiling with shades of Momofuku’s iconic saturated orange sprinkled throughout. An outdoor patio also creates a space for 24 diners.

An all-day menu features starters like Korean fried chicken wings, sesame marinated cucumbers, fried shrimp with pickled red onion and lemon mayonnaise, glazed pork belly with a soy and maple glaze, and a selection of grilled skewers. A Kimbap section includes bluefin tuna with cucumber, avocado and crunchies, fried chicken with pickled chiles, onion, and spicy mayo, Australian wagyu beef with crispy shallots and super sauce. The salad section is highlighted by what servers refer to as a “flavor bomb,” the SP Chinese chicken salad with cashews, crunchy noodles and Super Peach vinaigrette.

Mains courses cover seared king salmon with watercress salad and bonito beurre blanc; mushroom lo mein with maitakes, king oysters and shallots, roasted half chicken with crushed fingerling potatoes, slow-cooked baby back ribs with coleslaw and honey-soy bbq, lobster noodles with ginger, garlic and lemon, a section of steaks and more.

Chang’s Momofuku footprint also includes Majordōmo in Los Angeles, Momofuku and Bāng Bar in Las Vegas, and Noodle Bar East Village, Noodle Bar Uptown in Uptown, Bar Kabawa and Kabawa in New York. Super Peach by Momofuku is now open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
