Rishabh Shetty’s film is clearly on its way to make a worldwide splash. The film has reached the milestone of 500 crores within 8 days of its release. Now the film’s set to break the record of the list of films that have set worldwide records.

The makers of the film have shared the official data of the film’s global box office earnings. The official Instagram handle of Homble Films shared the poster of the film, and it has been written, “The film has grossed Rs 509.25 crore worldwide in just one week.”

Rishabh Shetty’s film has broken the records of all the highest grossing films of different film industries. Bollywood has surpassed the highest-grossing film of Malayalam cinema, Loka Chapter 1. The film grossed Rs 300.45 crore. Tollywood, i.e. Telugu cinema’s They Call Him OG, earned Rs 288.25 crores worldwide and secured the number 1 position. It has also fallen behind Kantara Chapter 1. The Coolie of Kollywood, i.e. Tamil cinema, had earned Rs 518 crore worldwide and achieved the number 1 position. If today’s box office collection is added to the earnings of ‘Kantara Chapter 1’, then this film has also been defeated by Rishabh Shetty’s film. The highest grossing film in Sandalwood, i.e. Kannada cinema, was the record of Mahavatar Narasimha. The film earned Rs 326.68 crores worldwide. Now it has also fallen behind Kantara Chapter 1. However, in Bollywood, the worldwide collection of Chhaava is Rs 807.91 crores, and Saiyaara is Rs 570.3 crores, which gives them the rank of number 1 and number 2. Except for the worldwide collection of these two films, Kantara Chapter 1 has surpassed the worldwide collection of all Bollywood films this year, which is an amazing milestone.
