Mukesh Khanna’s statement about Tiger Shroff ruled headlines for days. In one of the interviews, he said that the Baaghi star is ‘child among children’ when reports of him playing Shaktimaan surfaced on web. Now, in a latest interview with Pinkvilla Hindi Rush, he has spoken about the viral comment. Mukesh Khanna was quoted saying that for him, Tiger Shroff is a kid. “Arey sahab main bol raha hoon ki vo bachcha hai matlab mere liye to bachcha hi hai aur vo kisi bachchon ko sikahayega to bachche bolenge arey aao na baithe ke idhar baith gilli danda khelte hain…unki baat samjhenge (I am saying he is a kid for me, he is a kid only. If he taught kids, they would indulge in playing with him and understand what he is saying),” he said. Mukesh Khanna added that his statement was misquoted and projected as if he disgraced Tiger Shroff. He shared that he laugh offs these controversies as he has nothing to do with anyone.
Talking about his comment on Amitabh Bachchan playing Bhishma Pitamah, Mukesh Khanna stated that he was ‘misquoted’. He shared that when the press asked him whether Big B will be able to do the role, he said that Amitabh Bachchan is a great actor and has played many characters. So he will be able to play the role. But it was taken out of context.
