South actress Sreeleela has replaced Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule. Pushpa sequel is one of the most awaited films of the year and fans want the movie to release in theatres. The makers announced that Sreeleela will be seen in Pushpa 2 item song titled ‘Kissik’. The actress is quite popular and has a huge fan following on social media. Sreeleela will set the stage on fire with her hotness quotient.
Who is Sreeleela?
Sreeleela’s journey is quite inspiring and has helped her to carve a niche in the South cinema at a young age. Born in Michigan in 2001 to a Telugu family, she began her Bharatanatyam training as a child. In 2017, she began her acting career as a child artist, and she quickly transitioned to lead roles. She did a big role in 2019 with the Kannada film Kiss. She was even seen in Telugu cinema with Pelli SandaD in 2021.
Sreeleela’s performance in Dhamaka (2022) made her win SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Telugu. She is one of the most versatile actresses and her dance moves manage to grab all the attention. In 2024, Sreeleela was seen alongside Mahesh Babu in Guntur Kaaram. The film failed to perform well at the box office and became a flop. Samantha Ruth Prabhu was a part of the first instalment and set the temperature soaring with her Oo Antava song. Pushpa 2 directed by Sukumar is slated to release on December 5. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil and many others.
