Yes, this web series is made on a very high budget that even ten Bollywood films can be made out of it. No web series or movie is able to break the record of this series. We are talking about The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power. The web series has created history and is one of the most talked about one.
The first season of the series came in 2022 and it streams on Amazon Prime Video. Prime Video had to spend 1 billion dollars (8300 crores rupees) on it. This includes its cost, rights and promotion. Well, so many films can be made out of this big budget web series.
As per Colliders, the production of The Rings of Power alone cost Rs 3800 crore. Each episode of the series costs around Rs 480 crores. If we talk about films, the most expensive film is Wars: The Force Awakens. The budget is around 447 million dollars but it is again less than The Rings Of Power.
