As per a report in entertainment news section of TV9, Salman Khan had made fun of the film Hello Brother that was directed by Sohail Khan and also starred Arbaaz Khan in the lead. It also had Rani Mukerji. The film was a flop and it seems that Salman Khan anticipated that the movie will not work. Narrating the story behind Hello Bother, he reportedly revealed on the show that the team had a laugh riot while making Hello Brother. He said that when they got the script, they started revising it and even the partner got into it. He spoke about 60-70 trials that took place and people were falling from their seat laughing while watching Hello Brother. This gave them confidence to hold the premiere of the movie. During the premiere, Salman Khan pointed at the silent audience and wondered why. He recalled the dialogue from Sholay ‘Itna sanata kyun hai bhai’. Back home, Salman Khan then told Sohail Khan that Hello Brother is a disaster and it will work only in Galaxy Apartments. Not just Salman Khan, father Salim Khan too had a comment to make on Hello Brother. On Kapil Sharma’s show, he said that had he written the story, he would have given Salman Khan’s role to Arbaaz Khan and the film would have worked. He commented that the protagonist dies in the first half of the film and Salman Khan’s fans left theatres hereafter.
