In this video, which is from filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan’s chat show Tere Mere Beach Mein, Kangana appears alongside actor Hrithik Roshan. In the video, Kangana talked about how she was once ridiculed for her curly hair during auditions. She shared that people would compare her to other actresses like Rani Mukerji and Preity Zinta. The actress, who also directed the film, will portray former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in it. The movie also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, and the late Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles. The story is set during the Emergency era of India and the role Indira Gandhi played. Recently, the makers released the first song, Singhasan Khali Karo, from the movie. It will hit theatres on September 6, 2024.
