Now, a Pinkvilla report has said that the recent rumours about Anupamaa are untrue and fake.

A source close to the show told the portal that Rupali and Gaurav are the leads and faces of the show and how can they quit. Well, the source even added saying that the media reports are untrue. Another source also revealed that there are no plans to introduce new leap any time soon and the rumours are fake.
Some reports also stated that Rupali Ganguly who plays the role of Anupamaa and Gaurav Khanna plays Anuj’s role will quit the show. Some reports also claimed that suggested that the makers were planning to show Aadhya’s (Anupama and Anuj’s daughter) love story which will be played by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star Shiva Khajuria aka Rohit. Well, fans were assuming that the show would take a leap and makers would rope a new star to pair opposite Aura.
